Terms of use
The agreement between you and CliniPraxi for using the website, learning workspace and services.
1. About these terms
These terms are between you and To be confirmed (trading as CliniPraxi), company number To be confirmed, registered in England and Wales at To be confirmed. ICO registration: To be confirmed. By creating an account you agree to them. Patient second opinions are also governed by the Second opinion service terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account. Clinician registration details you declare must be true; we may verify them with the relevant regulator and suspend accounts that are inaccurate.
3. Educational content
Courses support continuing professional development. They do not replace local guidelines, supervision, clinical judgement or formal training. Content is reviewed by named clinicians before release, but medicine changes quickly and you remain responsible for your own practice.
CPD accreditation is shown only where it has actually been granted for a specific course.
4. Assessments and certificates
Certificates are issued only after a server-scored assessment on a reviewed course release. You must complete assessments yourself without unauthorised help. We may investigate suspected misconduct, and after giving you a chance to respond, revoke certificates. Revocations show in public verification.
5. AI-generated feedback
AI practice feedback is formative, based only on approved course material, and may be wrong. It never awards credit and is not clinical advice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload another person’s data without lawful authority, post patient-identifiable information in learning or community areas, copy or redistribute course or assessment content, attempt to bypass security, scrape the service or use it unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property
Course materials, assessments, branding and software belong to CliniPraxi or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a licence to host and moderate it.
8. Fees
Paid plans and second opinion fees, when offered, are shown before you pay. Consumers in the UK and EU have a 14-day cancellation right for digital services, which ends once you ask us to begin delivery and acknowledge this.
9. Liability
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Suspension and closure
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Please use our Complaints procedure first.
